If a file behaved strangely

Please say what the tool reported — the numbers on the results table — and what ACX said. You do not need to send the audio or manuscript, and we would rather you did not: we have no way to receive it, and it is very likely somebody else’s manuscript.

If the tool refused to fix a file

That is usually the noise-floor case described in why your file was rejected. If you think it was wrong about your recording, tell us the RMS and noise-floor figures it showed and we will look at the measurement.
